This Privacy Policy explains how The Fox's Cache (ABN 60 369 080 995) handles personal information through thefoxscache.com, knowledge.thefoxscache.com and the software applications listed in the Product Schedule below.

1. Scope

This policy applies to our website, Knowledge Centre, product-support activities and current and future applications that expressly link to this policy. It should be read with any collection notice shown when particular information is requested.

2. Information we may handle

Depending on the product or interaction, we may handle:

• business and account identifiers supplied by Wix;

• names, contact details and support correspondence;

• site, service, booking, event, participant, staff, form-response, schedule and waitlist information required for an app's stated function;

• subscription and plan status supplied through Wix;

• technical information such as device, browser, diagnostic, security and usage data; and

• information you voluntarily provide when requesting support.

We do not require payment-card details directly. App subscriptions and associated payments are administered through Wix.

3. How information is collected

Information may be collected:

• from you when you contact us or use our website or Knowledge Centre;

• from a Wix site after an authorised user installs an app and grants its requested permissions;

• automatically through necessary technical logs, security controls and optional analytics; and

• from service providers acting on our behalf.

4. Why information is handled

We handle information to:

• provide, secure, maintain and improve our products;

• perform the functions selected by an authorised user;

• administer subscriptions and confirm entitlements;

• investigate faults, misuse and security incidents;

• provide support and respond to enquiries;

• meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations; and

• understand aggregated product and website performance.

We do not use Wix customer or site-visitor data to create an unrelated marketing database, and we do not sell personal information.

5. Product Schedule

Booking Guard

May process Wix booking, service, schedule and privacy-safe request identifiers needed to evaluate configured duplicate-booking and daily-limit rules, record blocked attempts and maintain operational settings.

Staff Pay Reports

May process relevant Wix Bookings, service, staff and participant information needed to prepare, display and export reports requested by an authorised site user.

Event Certificates

May process relevant Wix Events, event and participant information needed to prepare and preview certificates requested by an authorised site user.

Booking Responses Hub

May process relevant Wix booking and booking-form response information needed to display, search and export responses requested by an authorised site user.

Service Hours

May process relevant Wix Bookings service, schedule, resource and calendar information needed to configure and maintain service-specific weekly booking hours.

Waitlist Alerts

May process relevant Wix waitlist, booking, service and availability information needed to monitor supported events and present configured alerts.

Future apps will be added to this schedule before they use this policy. Materially different information handling will be described here or in an additional product-specific notice.

6. Storage, security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information handled. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant product function, support, security, legal or accounting purpose. Retention periods may vary by product, record type and Wix platform capability. Information may be deleted, de-identified or aggregated when it is no longer required.

Site owners control information held in their Wix account and should use Wix controls for authoritative deletion or correction where appropriate. Local exports created by a user are controlled by that user.

7. Service providers and overseas processing

We may use Wix and reputable providers of hosting, infrastructure, diagnostics, analytics, communications and support services. These providers may process information in Australia, the United States, the European Union or other locations in which they or their subprocessors operate. We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate contractual, privacy and security protections.

We may also disclose information when required or authorised by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Website measurement, cookies and privacy choices

We use limited GoDaddy platform measurement on the main website. The Knowledge Centre does not currently use optional analytics. Website and Knowledge Centre features do not depend on accepting measurement cookies.

GoDaddy platform measurement. Our main website is hosted by GoDaddy. As part of that hosting arrangement, GoDaddy may process pseudonymous technical, visit and performance information, such as device and browser characteristics, pages requested, approximate network information, timestamps, performance data and identifiers used to distinguish visits. Some hosting, security and performance processing is inherent in delivering the website. Optional GoDaddy measurement cookies can be controlled through the Privacy choices page.

GoDaddy Advanced Tracking is currently enabled as part of the main website's hosting configuration and operates independently of Google Analytics.

Google Analytics. Google Analytics is not currently active on either thefoxscache.com or knowledge.thefoxscache.com, and The Fox's Cache does not currently send GA4 measurement data to Google.

If Google Analytics is activated in future, this policy and the relevant privacy controls will be updated before collection begins.

GoDaddy may process information as a service provider under its own terms and privacy documentation.

9. Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information that we control by emailing info@thefoxscache.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, dispute or recordkeeping purposes.

If the information is controlled by a Wix site owner, your request should ordinarily be directed to that site owner. We will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.

10. Complaints

Privacy questions or complaints may be sent to info@thefoxscache.com. Please explain the issue and the outcome sought. We will acknowledge the matter and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days.

If you are dissatisfied, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant supervisory authority.

11. Children

Our products are designed for use by Wix site owners and authorised business users, not for direct use by children. A site owner that uses an app in connection with children remains responsible for appropriate authority, notices, consent and safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when products, laws or information-handling practices change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
