Search by customer, service, booking date or response content, choose which information you want to include, then export the selected results as a clean CSV file for further analysis or record keeping.

The app is intentionally read-only. It does not modify bookings, alter form responses or maintain a separate customer database. Once information is exported, your business remains responsible for protecting the resulting file.
