Service Hours lets you define weekly booking hours for individual appointment services, giving you greater control over availability without changing staff schedules or disrupting your existing calendar.

Many businesses offer services that operate on different schedules.

Perhaps consultations are available all day, while specialised appointments are offered only during certain hours. Maybe one service is available only in the morning, while another is limited to the afternoon.

Wix provides business hours and staff availability, but some businesses need an additional layer of control at the service level.

Service Hours was built to provide that flexibility while preserving the way businesses already manage their calendars.

Service Hours allows you to configure weekly booking hours for individual appointment services in Wix Bookings.

Each enabled service can have its own weekly availability, allowing bookings only during the periods you specify. Existing staff schedules, leave, calendar availability and appointments remain unchanged.

If you remove a Service Hours rule, the service simply returns to Wix's standard booking availability.

The current version supports appointment services with one continuous booking window per enabled day.
