Staff Pay Reports combines your booking activity with the payment rules you define to estimate what each staff member has earned, helping you prepare payroll with greater confidence and far less manual work.

Many service businesses don't pay every appointment the same way.

Some staff are paid an hourly rate. Others receive a fixed amount for each session. Some earn additional amounts based on the number of participants who booked or attended.

The booking information already exists inside Wix, but turning that into meaningful payment estimates often means exporting data and performing the same calculations over and over again.

Staff Pay Reports was built to automate that repetitive work while leaving the final payroll decision exactly where it belongs.

Staff Pay Reports reviews completed Wix Bookings activity and applies the payment rules configured by your business.

For every staff member and service combination, you can configure an hourly rate, a fixed amount per session, additional payments based on booked participants, attended participants, or a combination of these approaches.

The app then estimates each session's payment, calculates totals across the reporting period and produces a structured CSV ready for review or import into your existing payroll workflow.

Staff Pay Reports estimates payments based on the rules you configure. It does not replace your payroll system or make statutory payroll calculations.
